To submit a sample for testing, please send your request to Atlanta Health Associates. The proper form is located in the link below. This test is NOT for animal travel or export. We no longer perform the testing for animal travel.

WE DO NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING OF SAMPLES. SAMPLES MUST BE SHIPPED PREPAID.

AS OF AUGUST 1, 2022, WE WILL NO LONGER OFFER THE ACIP SCREEN. Per the 5/6/2022 MMWR, the recommendations for WHO and ACIP are the same.

Our normal turn-around time is 7-10 days from receipt of sample. We do not charge additional fees for biohazard disposal.

When shipping samples, please do not use FIRST OVERNIGHT SERVICE. This may delay the delivery of your sample as we are not in the office before 9 a.m. EST. We are available to accept deliveries Monday – Friday only. Samples should be packaged according to the carrier’s requirements for biological specimens.
